PROPOSALS for the AGM on Friday 6th May



1. Reduce Print evenings to three, but increase entry from two to three prints
Agreed by the membership

2. The Children in View competition to be changed to PDI's
Agreed by the membership with the proviso that it is 'tried out' for one season

3. Cancel the Slide competition, unless members have new slides or slides no older than two years.
Agreed by membership

From the Treasurer's report the following proposal was put forwatd to be agreed on at the EGM at the start of the new season:
Increase the subscriptions by £5.00 to £35.00 per member and to pay entry fee for all competitions.
